Anderson Island Fire-Rescue operates 2 pumpers, 2 tenders, an all-purpose rescue rig, 1 brush truck equipped for EMS and initial attack of small fires, 2 BLS (Basic Life Support) ambulances and 2 Fireboats.

Service List

Burn permits are required on Anderson Island and can be obtained at the department during normal business hours. Use the main office number to get updates on burn bans. There is no charge for permits.
